Born and raised in Birmingham, Daniel attended Auburn University before graduating from Cumberland School of Law in 2010. Since graduation, Daniel has practice on both sides of the aisle, recovering millions of dollars in damages for individuals harmed by the negligence of others as well as working for one of the largest civil defense firms in the state of Florida.

 

While his primary focus is personal injury, Daniel has also handled worker’s compensation claims, labor law cases, and defective products as well as instances of legal and medical malpractice. Daniel is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. He is also a member of the America Association of Justice and the National Trial Lawyers.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys reading, racquetball and spending time with his wife and three children. His teams include the Auburn Tigers, the Atlanta Falcons and the Birmingham Barons. Daniel and his family attend church at Christ the King Anglican Church.
